Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase in original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods for a credit refund. Please enclose your reason for return. We are sorry but there is no refund on shipping and handling charges. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship and insure, to:

All items must be insured for GodDaughters, LLC. to accept. Please use any insured delivery service such as Fed Ex or UPS to have record of return. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during shipping of the return. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in the original condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 7 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit.
You may cancel any order as long as the order is "in process". If order status is "shipped", it cannot be cancelled.
If you receive a damaged product, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair.
Repairs or Exchanges outside of 7 days from your order are subject to availability of materials and type of Repair or Exchange. Please email Angela at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and you will be contacted with cost quote of the repair . Repair time is 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your repair.
